We tend to forget that, compared to previous decades, we have become more individualist. We forget several basic things of our nature that are still extremely important in our social, private and professional lives such as: communication. 93% of our communication is non-verbal. 93%! And yet, we tend to give more belief on words. Eye contact, pauses, rapport, matching, are all fundamental aspects (amongst others) when communicating in any environment. Wolves – and by consequence wolfdogs – are masters in non-verbal communication, not being able to talk, they need to be socially efficient by purely using body language and mostly, nonverbal communication. We can teach tremendously from them.
