Suddenly something happens which we were not expecting or we were not prepared to face at that particular moment and likely, as a defense mechanism (recalling our human survival instincts) we immediately extern the first reaction that our brain produces, led by blaming. Being a natural defense mechanism, it is quite difficult to train ourselves, and mostly our brain, to react on a possible solution instead of the problem. Focusing on problems is quite time consuming and can hardly bring any results compared to focusing on solutions. Based on Positive Psychology principles, this training wants to support you by providing you with tools on how to become not only accountable for your actions, but also solution oriented.
